Reminders

Reminder: ALL the STARS classes and lessons are closed this week April 30-

May 6th due to the Singin on the Rain production. We will resume May 7 for full schedule and be closed May 20.

We have already begun to do the snow day reimbursements for the month of May; Along with any other billing or reimbursements to finalize this semester.

I would please ask that each of you who need to pay try to get things caught up as soon as possible. If you need help making a payment plan feel free to call 254-3168. We have several outstanding invoices and have been unable to pay for our bills. This is very critical for us to stay open. 

No one is charged the month of June, July, and August with the exception of competition clogging. This is also a good time to make additional payments to get caught up.

Also, if everyone would please share the singing in the rain link and help us sell tickets for some successful shows this will help us pay our bills through the summer months. We love working with you and being a part of this program. Thank you

Schedule changes

Scheduling changes for 

April 23 thru 27

Monday:Cecchetti classes at dance studio :

7:30-8:30 Grade 1

8:30-9:30 Grade 2

Singin in the Rain will be held 7:30-9:30 at the Opus building in between everyone's classes and lessons.

Wednesday 25th

Competition Clogging from 

4:00-5:00 (there will not be any on Friday and Saturday)

Thursday- Singin in the Rain

8:30-9:30 dance studio "Moses Supposes"

Friday: Cecchetti testers

Meet at studio at 5:00 am

Bring lunch, snacks 

Friday- no classes (reimbursement for the last two Fridays missed will be applied in the May bill)

Saturday: no classes or play practice

Mountain view classes

MOUNTAIN VIEW CLASSES:

Due to the weekends holding concerts and performances we are going to be moving all of the Mountain View classes same time, same place to Mondays. Effective April 9th.

If there is anyone that cannot make this day, please contact Rebecca at 417-254-3168 and we will accommodate your situation.

We apologize for this inconvenience, but felt this would be the least confusing to finish the rest of the year.

Orchestra

Orchestra:

We are having an additional practice for concert tomorrow, April 8th at the Opus at 5:30.

Full rehearsal Monday April 9th at 7:00 at Opus

Thursday April 12th at 7 is the dress rehearsal at Opus

Friday April 13th at 6:00 is the dinner concert at Willow Grimes Auditorium

We will not be able to run through anything being that it is starting at 6 o'clock so I've asked everyone to be there roughly between five and six so we can at least warm up

We are dressing in concert black attire and you just need to have something staged and planned for the symphony 45 for when you leave on your section
