Saturday, August 22 rehearsal

ATTENTION MARY POPPINS CAST:

For this week only, our Saturday rehearsal will be moved one hour later than originally scheduled. The new start time will be at 10:00 a.m. and we will finish at 1:00 p.m. Don't forget that this will begin our rehearsals at the theater. You might want to bring snacks or lunch and something to drink, as there is no water fountain in the theater. See you Saturday at Willow Springs!

Some Reminders from Mrs. Peterson:

1. Please read carefully the registrations. Everyone pays a $5.00 per student registration, and take notice of the monthly payment changes so you are aware.

If you are not sure of your amount, please text or call 254-3168 and I will be happy to assist.

2. No worries on dance attire. We will help you order your stuff when you come. We usually spend the first month working to get everything organized and uniform.

3. Orchestra students: Remember the Thursday orchestra class does not begin until the first Thursday in October

MARY POPPINS ORCHESTRA PLAYERS:
We will be practicing Sunday 3-5 at the Willow Springs Theater.

Thank you!

Miracles Happen

To those who are special in our lives:

We had a miracle and probably the most traumatizing experience yesterday morning. A typical day, on our way to St Louis to pick up our daughter's new born sister. It was raining and we already had storms all through the night. We were in a serious life threatening accident. I have attached pictures and some explanations of the incident in the captions.I remember breaking down after the adrenaline rush and sitting with my family recognizing the Lord's hand in every detail of the accident. When our family told some friends and family of what happened and they saw us they did not think much of it. They saw that we were safe and fine, but this is more of an eye opener to a miracle, not just an accident. This was my first accident and I never want to do it again. The ambulance workers looked like they had seen ghosts when they could not find a scratch on us and we were covered in glass from head to toe. They told us we would feel the worse the 3rd day, well it is 24 hours later, and my body is paralyzed and I cannot move without being in severe pain. Kyleigh is in pain and stiff, but mobile, and the baby is PERFECTLY normal. I know eventually it will go away, it just made me realize how much your body goes into shock to survive. Most of you have been in serious accidents as well, I remember hearing them and being amazed by it. I never thought I would live to tell one.

Love you, Rebecca

Theatre rehearsal will continue at the scheduled time with a guest director. Children do not need to attend tonight's rehearsal. I have a post and photos from Rebecca regarding the accident, and will post them as soon as I get home. Rebecca and the girls are okay, but very sore. Please keep them in your prayers.
